You are welcome to return your order within 90 days of receipt of the item in the original and unopened condition. Return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense.
If in the unlikely event there is an issue with either; orders in transit, item received not what was ordered, item damaged or defective, or you feel it was not consistent with our advertising representation, please contact us ASAP, ideally via email (this is for easy buyer and seller reference).
We take any issue seriously and consistently resolve any matter fully, swiftly and to your utmost satisfaction.
NOTE: Buyers are responsible for the safe return of the items and bare all postage costs in the event of an ordering error or change of mind.
NOTE: If a buyer uses an incorrect address at the time of placing an order and their order is unable to be delivered due to this incorrect or incomplete address; any applicable refund will be less the outgoing P&P paid by the buyer.
In addition; any items that have had their packaging seals broken or have been fitted / used are not returnable. For any item that has been fitted / used and returned; we cannot provide a refund and it will be at your own expense to arrange for the items to be collected/re-delivered from us. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine whether they are in their original condition.
Please use additional packaging: please do not apply tape or labels to the product packaging.
Clearance Items:
Any item marked as 'CLEARANCE' will be shown in the product title, coupled with it being stated in the product description also.
In the event of a change of mind or an ordering error our 90 day return policy is unavailable due to the item being a clearance item at the time of purchase, however your 14 day right to cancel us unaffected. You are still welcome to return all/items marked clearance within the Distance Selling / 14 day right to cancel time frame.
